Fifteen Supernovas came from as far apart as Winsford and Cotswold to make the trip to Girton Sailing Club for their annual open meeting.
Club officials said that weather conditions could not have been much better with a force two south-westerly breeze and hazy sunshine benefitting all sailors at the event.
Alan Bishop and Ed Johnson,both representing Girton Sailing Club,came first and second with Dana Church, from Nottingham Sailing Club, third.
First in the Mk1 was Ady Davis.
It was a good day for the home sailing club with several Girton sailors featuring prominently in the placings.
