Woolverstone Marina, near Ipswich, has added eight new lodges - six of which are available to buy as holiday homes under a 15-year licence.
The marina - owned by MDL - has 235 pontoon berths and 45 swinging moorings with a water taxi service. It is also home to a holiday lodge park, a sailing school and the Royal Harwich Yacht Club (RHYC).
The new lodges were in response to strong demand for luxury lodges - which can accommodate groups of four to eight - at the site, it said.
The expansion brings the total number of lodges on-site to 29. They are geared towards romantic getaways and family-friendly holidays and also cater for dogs, the company said.
Woolverstone Marina and Lodge Park opened in 2017 under the MDL Holidays brand.
Lodges feature smart TVs, en-suite family facilities, wifi and woodland balconies.
Owners and guests at our lovely lodges also enjoy easy access to the water, with a sailing school located nearby at the Royal Harwich Yacht Cub and yacht chartering closer to town, ensuring a fun time on the water as well as on land.”
MDL Marinas manages 18 UK marinas and one in Spain.
