The final day of the Kinsale Yacht Club Squib Frostbite Series, sponsored by Custom Rigging, took place on Saturday, March 1st.
Race officer John Stallard set a windward leeward course at the mouth of the harbour. Allegro Colm Dunne and Rob Gill were on form, winning the first two races of the day from Mucky Duck Micheál and Michael O'Sullivan, who finished second in both.
The series' final race was won by Fagin, helmed by Sam Hunt, who replaced Harvey Tucker as the usual helmsman, and crewed by Harvey Matthews.
The overall winners after 12 races were Atomic Ian Travers and Keith O' Riordan, Allegro Colm Dunne and Rob Gill second and Fagin Harvey Tucker and Harvey Matthews third.
