Sicily is a fantastic destination for a seven-day sailing adventure. You have spectacular coastline, beautiful islands, ancient Greek and Roman history, traditional fishing villages, excellent food and wine, and some wonderful places to explore ashore.
My recommendation would be a seven-day sailing adventure along Sicily's northern coastline. This gives you a lovely mixture of sailing, swimming, picturesque harbours, volcanoes, walking, sightseeing and Italian cuisine.
I would suggest a relaxed itinerary rather than trying to circumnavigate the entire island in just seven days, which would iinvovle quite long sailing days and leave less time to explore.
Starting and finishing at Portorosa Marina, on Sicily's north-eastern coast.
