More than 100 visitors enjoyed sailing and paddleboarding on a sunny June day on Lochmaben’s Castle Loch.
Annandale Sailing Club’s annual Open Day on June 3 saw club members offer rides around the loch in sailing boats and the chance to try paddleboarding.
Visitors of all ages, including a large group of Ukranian guests, also toured the recently extended club house and the boat park, found out more about opportunities to learn to sail and membership of the club, and enjoyed drinks and home baking.
Annandale Sailing Club Commodore Stephen Thomas Bate thanked all club volunteers who gave up their time to welcome visitors and make the day a great success.
