Caribbean Islands Adventure


 

Here's an exciting suggested itinerary that balances relaxation, adventure, and cultural experiences :-


Day 1-2: St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands

Arrival and Departure: Start your journey in St. Thomas. It's a hub for flights and yacht charters.

Activities: Spend a day exploring Charlotte Amalie, snorkeling at Magens Bay, and provisioning your yacht.

Sail to: Tortola, British Virgin Islands (4-5 hours).


Day 3-4: Tortola, British Virgin Islands

Activities: Explore the beaches of Cane Garden Bay, visit Sage Mountain National Park, and enjoy some local cuisine.

Day Trip: Sail to Jost Van Dyke (2 hours) for a day trip to White Bay and the famous Soggy Dollar Bar.

Sail to: Norman Island (2 hours).



Day 5: Norman Island, British Virgin Islands

Activities: Snorkel at The Caves, relax at Pirate’s Bight, and explore the hiking trails.

Sail to: Virgin Gorda (4-5 hours).


Day 6-7: Virgin Gorda, British Virgin Islands

Activities: Visit The Baths, a unique rock formation, snorkel at Devil’s Bay, and explore Gorda Peak.

Day Trip: Sail to Anegada (3 hours) to experience the secluded beaches and flamingo ponds.

Sail to: St. Martin (8-10 hours overnight sail).


Day 8-9: St. Martin (Sint Maarten / Saint-Martin)

Activities: Explore the dual culture of the Dutch and French sides. Visit Orient Bay, shop in Marigot, and relax at Maho Beach.

Day Trip: Sail to Anguilla (1 hour) to enjoy the serene beaches and snorkeling spots.

Sail to: St. Barths (3 hours).



Day 10-11: St. Barths (Saint Barthรฉlemy)

Activities: Enjoy the upscale shopping, dine in gourmet restaurants, and relax at Shell Beach. Don’t miss exploring Gustavia and the beautiful Colombier Beach.

Sail to: Antigua (8-10 hours overnight sail).


Day 12-13: Antigua and Barbuda

Activities: Visit Nelson’s Dockyard, enjoy the beaches at Jolly Harbour, and explore the coral reefs. A day trip to Barbuda for its pink sand beaches and bird sanctuary is a must.

Sail to: St. Kitts (5-6 hours).


Day 14: St. Kitts and Nevis

Activities: Explore Basseterre, hike Mount Liamuiga, and relax on the beaches of Nevis.

Departure: Fly out of St. Kitts, or sail back to St. Thomas if you prefer to end where you started.

Sailing Conditions: The Caribbean offers calm seas, but always check the weather, especially during hurricane season (June to November).
