Snettisham Beach Sailing Club has established a programme called Sailability, offering individuals with physical, learning, and mental health issues the opportunity to experience sailing.
The club is actively looking for more volunteers to join the Sailability crew.
A variety of roles are available, such as meet and greet, catering, movement assistance, pontoon helpers, hoist operators, competent helms, and support boat drivers.
Specialist training, such as hoist operation, will also be offered.
Sailing sessions will take place from 12pm to 5pm on Friday afternoons between April and October.
A free training day is scheduled for April 11, starting at 10am, covering various activities.
More details and booking information can be obtained from Snettisham Beach Sailing Club.
