⚓️ Family Sailing Itinerary: Corsica (7 Days, Round Trip from Ajaccio)
Day 1: Ajaccio → Cargèse (18 NM)
Highlights: Charming Greek heritage town, small marina, family-friendly beach.
Why it’s great for families: Calm waters and an easy first sail. Good restaurants and a relaxed vibe.
Day 2: Cargèse → Girolata (15 NM)
Highlights: Part of the Scandola Nature Reserve (UNESCO-listed).
Why it’s great for families: Remote, car-free village only accessible by boat. Kids will love swimming and spotting wildlife. Great anchorage.
Day 3: Girolata → Calvi (20 NM)
Highlights: Beautiful fortress town, long sandy beach.
Why it’s great for families: Lots to do onshore — easy provisioning, gentle beach play, and cafes. Ideal for a rest day or a little exploration.
Day 4: Calvi → L’Île-Rousse (15 NM)

Consider anchoring overnight and swimming/snorkeling.
Day 6: Porto → Tiuccia (20 NM)
Highlights: Quiet anchorage near Sagone.
Why it’s great for families: Less crowded, good stop for a peaceful evening and beach barbecue.
Day 7: Tiuccia → Ajaccio (12 NM)
Short final sail back to Ajaccio.
